Pasta Salad with Pumpkin Seed Pesto

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the pears and drizzle with lemon juice. Drain the beans and rinse them with water, then dice the bacon.
  2. Use an immersion blender to blend the pesto ingredients until a thick pesto mixture forms. Sauté the bacon with the pears, then add the beans and pasta. Mix in the pumpkin seed pesto and serve.
