- Grease the form, sprinkle with flour and line with pumpkin seed halves.
- Mix egg yolks, water, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and pumpkin seed oil until foamy.
- Whisk egg whites and granulated sugar until reasonably stiff.
- Add a third of the egg white and flour and mix well before carefully folding in the rest of the beaten egg whites.
- Bake for about one hour at 160 °C.
- Either sprinkle generously with sugar while still hot or apply an icing when cold.
